On the My candidates page you add your candidates and send each profile for review, with its photos and core documents. Nothing is published automatically: Mueen's team reviews every profile, then approves it or asks you to change it.

Can I join directly?

Does the employer see my name?
No. The source never appears in the app, whether it is a company, an agency or an expert. Mueen is the face the employer sees, and Mueen coordinates with you.
Do I need a company, and what does my account include?
No company is needed: your account is individual, in your own name. It is built around My candidates and Hiring opportunities. The company management system is for recruitment companies and agencies, and is not part of an expert account.
What happens after I propose an opportunity?
It reaches Mueen's team first, never the candidate or the partner who submitted the profile. The team reviews it and coordinates with everyone involved, and it stays listed under Submitted opportunities.
Do I earn a commission, and can I do this while employed?
Yes. You earn a rewarding commission on every placement completed through your referral; the details are explained when you join. And you can run your own recruitment work beside your current job: the account is individual, in your own name, and needs no company.
