No. You deal with Mueen's team only, and it coordinates with everyone involved. You can ask for a video interview with the candidate, arranged by the team.
What happens after hiring?
The worker is added to My Workers automatically so you can track residency and document dates, get reminders before they expire, and ask Mueen to handle a renewal. Renewal is a separate service, with payment arranged with Mueen's team.
I am looking for work. Is Mueen for me?
Yes. You create your professional profile in the app once; Mueen's team reviews it, then shows it to employers in your country, and in other countries through partner agencies. Recruitment experts put you forward for openings from their professional networks.
How do I join as a recruitment company, agency or expert?
Partners join by invitation after Mueen's team reviews them. Send a request with the form or write to join@mueen.work.
Does the employer see my company name?
No. Partner identity never appears in the app. Mueen is the face the employer sees, and Mueen coordinates with you.
